Complete the registration form — your email, industry, and the number of assessment credits you need. Two plans are available.
Premium registration routes you through a secure Stripe payment page before your credentials are issued. You can also start Free and upgrade individual reports to Premium later at SGD 49.90 each — same price, either way.
On completion, three things are issued to you immediately:
Auto-download. A file containing your Master Key, assessment link, and QR code downloads automatically to your device when the page loads. Check your Downloads folder and move it somewhere safe.
Your Master Key and assessment link are reused for every respondent on the same licence. Registration is a one-time action.
Send your assessment link or QR code to respondents through any channel — nothing is system-locked.
No downloads. No app installs. No account creation required from respondents. The assessment runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
Respondents open the link, enter their name and email, and answer 24 statements about their workplace experience. No login. No app. Nothing to install.
Ensure respondents have uninterrupted time before they click Start. The 60-minute window is there to preserve the integrity of each session.
The moment a respondent submits, a report is generated and becomes available in your dashboard. You do not need to do anything to trigger this — just check back.
Log in using your Master Key and registered email. Your dashboard shows every assessment — name, email, Serial ID, submission time, and report status.
Per-report upgrade. If you registered on the Free plan, you can upgrade individual completed reports to Premium at any time while they are within their access window. Each upgrade regenerates that report as a full forensic PDF.
Each report has its own access window. Plan your downloads before it closes — lapsed reports remain visible in the dashboard but can no longer be opened or upgraded.
30-day active window to run assessments, then a 14-day grace period for downloads and upgrades. Dashboard closes permanently on Day 44.
30 days from the upgrade date to download the regenerated Premium PDF. No grace period on per-report upgrades — download promptly.
Credits & forfeit. One credit is consumed when a respondent clicks Start Assessment. Incomplete, abandoned, or timed-out sessions forfeit the credit — no recovery. Unused credits at the end of your window are also forfeited. Plan for a small buffer above your expected respondent count to account for drop-offs.
